Hey man

The only bad thing I can point out is that it just feels like it's lacking something.
It might be something to do with low end and high end. There isn't enough stuff to fill up the higher frequencies in my opinion. However that's just my personal taste, though, and why I don't like Basshunter's music. lol!

It's good though dude, keep it up! 5/5

IndieDance responds:

=] thanks! ill keep that in mind :P

Not bad

I'm digging the composition. Very 90s pop punk type feel.
However I don't like the guitar or bass tone. The guitar sounds like you've gone straight in, not micing. And the bass is too treble-y for my liking.
The vocals are, well, I can't complain I guess. I wouldn't listen to it usually, it's not my style, but it doesn't sound too bad.

The drums do sound fantastic, however.

giftedbuttwisted responds:

Haha 90s pop-punk was what we were goin' for and yeah you're right about the guitar/bass, I plug straight in and use Gearbox (sick program by the way) and the treble sound on the bass is probably from the compression, I like to compress the bass alot to get a good pluck sound.

U R A

Man, this is awesome. Very house-y feel to it.
It'd be awesome if you finished it up proper :D

I honestly have no criticism for it.

jarrydn responds:

Cheers man :)

I wanna put a bit more work into it, give it a bit more of a fidgety feel :)

Thanks for taking the time out to throw me a review :)

Hey man

The piano sounds amazing. Is it a VSTi?
The kick is really hard as well. It just feels like it's lacking some low end, as does the bass. Maybe putting a sub underneath them, or another kick sample under the one you got already will give it more gonads.

Apart from that it's a really nice track, dude. Composition is awesome. 5/5

SessileNomad responds:

yeah i should have made the bass much more low end powerful, but i generally like my basses a little sharp

thx for review

peace out

:) :)

It took way too long to get into it, and it didn't feel like there was a lot of it when I got there. But fuck me, quality over quantity, mate. This is shit hot.
This is probably the most pounding kick I've ever listened to with it still being enjoyable.
Have to say that, what sounds like a guy fitting a car wheel, type sound gets on my nerves a lot. But over looking all the bits I dislike, it's a really great track.

The mastering is excellent, as is the mixing. Praise to you, my good man.
I'm going to check out your other stuff.

Super

I don't know how else to put it apart from, it all moulds perfectly.
I'm especially fond of that lead and melody that comes in for the last bit. The way it stops at the outro was awesome as well.

There's nothing I can really fault about this. It's pretty top notch.

Nice one guys.

Sickkk

Wicked. Nice bass, good percussion. That reverb effect you used on the first clap at 1:13 was awesome.
The lead worked really well with it over all. Good melody too.

The track distorts in some bits from the kick and bass. But it's still awesome. If that was fixed it'd be super rad.

Orsums.

It sounds like a wobble board. That thing that Rofl Harris used. :3 I love it.

Definitely continue this on to make it into some sort of song arrangement. It has some good potential.

L3WIS responds:

Thanks man!

Have stopped with music for a bit, but will continue hopefully.

haha

You just got the original song and put some shitty synthetic piano and a few other synths over the top of it. Badly as well.

Nice.

That melody is quite tastey in places. However I can't say much for the kicks.
This song definitely has a lot of potential. I'm going to go check out your other stuff as well.

Can I maybe remix this? What program did you use?

eXite responds:

Remix as much as u want:]
But if u do that... plz send me link when it's done! :P

I used FL Studio ;]
